Back in the second week of July in a beautiful forest deep in the English countryside, people came to celebrate the 3rd edition of Noisily Festival of Music & Arts. With more stages, and a scintillating line-up to match, they were not disappointed.\n\n“For those who lament the loss of Glade, or find the Secret Garden Party a bit too big and hectic these days,this gathering may well fit the bill.
